Barbie doll happy family baby lot, Mattel baby bib for the Happy Family baby or toddler, with much older coverlet for  a fashion doll baby and a paper cardboard representing a bag of candy. The tiny round bib is original to the Happy Family kids and is in near mint condition. Coverlet shows age, appears to be cotton and is held together by an interior piece of cardboard which keeps it from unfolding. For adult collectors. Doll not included.
