There was an antique store going out of business where we live.  We bought out all of the old Yearbooks they were selling. 

This is a 1926 The Yucca North Texas State Teachers College Yearbook from Denton, Texas.  IT's 100% complete with no missing or torn pages.  Hardcover.  The back hardcover has worn away in a place (all pictured below) 344 pages. 

Measures 11" tall  8" wide & 1 3/8" deep.  The pages are yellowed with age but all still easily readable.  The owner wrote her name on the first page (Eula Mallican) and it also includes several hand written places where people signed messages to her.
