This Hallmark Itty Bittys Snappums Dino Dave Plush Slap Bracelet consists of a flexible plastic band of 1-1/4 inch wide & 8-inches long that makes a snapping noise when bent & forms a circle that can be wrapped around your wrist.  It conforms to almost any size wrist.  The outside of the plastic band is an imprinted reptile-like textured plush fabric with multi-colored dino spines down the back made of felt for the body & with one end for the feet & his head at the other end with jagged felt teeth.  His facial features are embroidered & his belly is ribbed plush.
