THIS ONE DOES HAVE A NAME WRITTEN ON THE TAG BUT IS NEW NEVER USED.

This is a genuine USGI M-65 field jacket liner.
This quilted liner was made for use with the M-65 field jacket in colder climates.
The buttons or button holes on this liner correctly align and secure it to the inside
 of all the M65 field jackets and Parkas
  OD GREEN and Quilted for maximum warmth.
    This liner is genuine U.S. Govt. Issue.
