For your consideration is a vintage/antique teapot and matching pitcher.  These look to have been handmade and handpainted.  They are a glossy black with the green and gold floral design.  The pitcher has a pewter lid.  They are marked on the bottom with a V and 781.  The teapot lid has a small chip on the part that holds the lid on (very small).  It looks like the clay that these were made from was a chocolate brown by looking at the lid.   The teapot has a price marked on it of $65.00.  I do not know where they were made, maybe from England as the estate had a lot of items from England.  The teapot is 5" tall and the pitcher is 7" tall.  No other chips or cracks noted.
