For your consideration is a Franklin M<int Royal Horticultural Society Flowers of the Year Collector Plate.  These were a limited edition of fine bone china.   Signed by Leslie Greenwood.   Made in England by Wedgwood in 1977.  This is the Flowers of February.  Measures 10 1/2" in diameter.
