For your consideration is a vintage 1980's E. D. Michaels belted drop waist maxi dress.  This dress is covered in flowers.  It is marked a size 13/14 which is more of a 10,12 today.  the dress is belted at the waist, then has a drop  waist over the top of the hips with a pleated skirt.  There are two pockets at the sides that start where the sleeves end, they are deep pockets.  This dress is semi tailored and is very flattering.  There are buttons on the top half of the dress on the bodice and the zipper starts at the waist.  The pattern is very dense floral pattern.  It is 100% Rayon.
