Item description for Rare Antique Vtg Religious Metal on Bakelite Easel backed Plaque Scared Heart

For your consideration is a rare antique/vintage religious metal on a bakelite plaque with stand. The metal is signed JB. The Easel is marked made in France as is the brass back on the bakelite. Measures 2 1/2" tall and 1 1/2" wide. A very unusual piece.
