Vintage Silverplate silent butler with wood handle.  Bottom marked: Sheridan (hard to read) Silverplate.  Also has lightly imprinted crown, sheild, lions design on top cover.
Overall length including handle: 11", Diameter: 6.5", Height: 1.5 
Condition:  Some overall light surface scratches.  Small spot of wear to the silver on cover next to where it attaches to the bottom.   Some surface wear to hinge and area around hinge, see photos. Light surface scratches on handle.
