I put condition of this item as like new because it has a small crack on the plastic cap, under the pump. I needed to make sure the pump still worked. The pump does still work like it's supposed to. Also I have had this item in its original brown shipping box from Victoria's Secret since I bought it online, many years ago. Lotion still smells great!
