Rare signed Weinberg New York super cute vintage figural fish brooch.  The face is adorable with an exaggerated mouth and big green cab eye.  

The body is open work with various sizes of simulated pearls.  The finish is brilliant gold tone with a nice brushed texture.  The brooch measures 3" high.  

It is in very nice condition.  The inside of the head has some darkening, otherwise no finish loss.
