Closed you see Mary's beautiful roses, measuring 1" high, but it opens to reveal a Miraculous Medal underneath with images of Saint Christopher and The Sacred Heart beneath the roses. It come with a fine chain measuring approx. 18" long, and comes with the holy card in the picture.
It is made of silver metal and was VERY tarnished when I found her.
