Seemingly one of a kind as Google Lens and Replacements could not identify pattern. Fortunately with help, we think we found maker in Germany. First mark to left of 800 mark is too small to positively identify but 800 mark and mark to the write is correct.

Looks most like a fiddle pattern but thicker handle. Very ornate stainless steel blade.

Knife is 7.5 inches in length.
