Antique HB Smith Smithville NJ. Sticking Machine with Tooling Pat. July 6, 1858 

Has a 5 Hp 3 phase Watson Induction Motor This machine was probably line shaft driven at one time and was later electrified the machine and cart are around 8 ft long a little under 3 ft wide and a little under 5 ft tall.

My understanding is that these machines were used to manufacture moldings.

This came from a wood shop that the owner retired, and he told me that it does work I have not powered it up.
