Many reference to Britain, unique piece. The name in line one is Mary Moore and Thomas Moore. Many name on the bottom as shown, hard to read. Looks like a sale  of land to a woman, very unique for the time period.  Culd be an interesting history if you can read this thing. It's one large folded piece of paper as shown. About 10 inches tall, 25 inches wide. Very good shape, folds, browning, light general wear as shown, some edge tears along the folds, neat piece to frame.   Zoom in for details.
