Still in ORIGINAL SHRINK-WRAP (opened). Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). Cover looks great; some scuffing, especially along opening (front/back); shrink has come away at front bottom right and has torn along left half of back. Two areas of surface abrasion near back center and at bottom left where there is also an ink mark. Signs and numbers on shrink on back. Inner-sleeve is original (RCA ads). Spine is easy-to-read with wear. Minor shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of use and divots. Mono pressing. (Not a cut-out.)
This is one of Al's best albums. Stylistically it's definitely different than other albums Al did - no Dixieland, rather they're sparkling, creative arrangements by Billy May of a wide variety of show tunes and standards with top-drawer players backing him up. The album reached No. 24 on the Billboard 200 chart.
