This is a Vintage Norman Rockwell The Gormet Bradford Exchange Collector Plate.
I bought this plate back in the 1980's. I opened the box and looked at the plate. I put back in the box and put it in a closet. I am downsizing and am going to sell the plate. There are no chips,cracks or breaks that I can see. The certificate is bent but not torn. Please see photos.
