Defects: my son unstitched the top zippered pocket so he could have a quick grab pocket, keys, id card, money, the pocket is secured on the sides so its only grabable from the top. He has never lost anything putting things in that top pocket, Im surprised that bag makers dont do this for all backpacks, sometimes its essential to quickly grab instead of fumbling with zippers, check out my photos I think you will agree, plus from a distance you cant tell its been modified.
