Returns:
If you ordered the wrong part, Provenpart will return or exchange the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive your item, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct part.
If the item is found to be defective the customer may send the part back for inspection from Provenpart, if the part is considered to have a material defect Provenpart will send the customer at no charge a replacement part. All parts and equipment purchased are purchased by the buyer with no additional promises being made for technical service. Item's that have not been used or installed may under authorized conditions, be returned within 14 days for a partial refund less the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
