VTG (I believe) Metrostyle No-Waist Black Leather Pants.  Zipper fly with flat metal enclosure.  Top portion is lined.  Full zipper around bottom cuff (7" up from bottom).  Back zipper pockets.  White stitching.  Dry clean, body is 100% leather, lining is 100% polyester.  Women's size 10.  Approx. measurements:
