This is the Mid century Stoneware 28 oz teapot from Otagiri in the Mariner Pattern and Made in Japan. It measures approx 5" tall to rim and approx 4 1/2" in diameter at base and it is in good pre-owned condition - has a plastic inset on lid to protect to protect from chips and a bamboo covered handle - listing is for  base only - needs lid.
