This is a Vintage fashion accessory.

I found boxes of Fashion accessories from the High Rolling 1990's from a retail shop that had closed up. All new pieces, just sitting boxed up !

Vintage purses.

All new but had been sitting in closed boxes for over 20years. Most are perfect but some may have small areas where there are scuff marks,  the color has paled, polish has dulled or a tiny rhinestone could have fallen out. Please ask if these minor things are crucial to buying them.
