If you are blessed with a discerning eye and if the exact shade is important it is best to buy a swatch or buy from a neighborhood store and not online. You won't be disappointed & they'll appreciate the business !

Filing an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE  actually says that I am deceitful & lying to take cheat you and is a demerit against me as a seller. It is not a simple return pocedure.

Do you really mean to impugn my reputation or just request a simple return ?
