Here is a nice vintage drop leaf table. Made by Charles Suter Dayton virginia. The wear mark is underneath where the leg rubs when putting the leaf up and down. 

Measures 72.5 inches fully open. x 46 inches. 30 inches tall. 26 inches long with leaves dropped down.  Local pickup is a option. Message me your zip code for a freight quote.
