A vintage Queen of Hearts figurine from the Beswick Alice Series. The eleven Alice series figurines were produced between 1973 and 1983. The designs were influenced by John Tenniel's illustrations for the original 1865 publication of "Alice in Wonderland". The figurine is 4.25" tall. The backstamp on the bottom of the figurine reads, Alice Series, "Queen of Hearts", Beswick, Made in England, © Royal Doulton Tableware LTD 1974, Registration Applied For.
