This is a kit to make a needlepoint Dimensions picture of a colorful rooster in profile with a border of sunflowers. The design is by well-known artist Julie Ueland. The picture on the package shows the piece matted and framed, but THE KIT DOES NOT INCLUDE A FRAME. There is an inset showing the rooster against a plain background (without the flowers).
Included in the package are wool yarn, cotton thread, 12 mesh canvas painted in full color, and easy instructions.
CONDITION: This kit is new in its original sealed package.
SIZE: The finished size is 12" by 16" (30cm by 41cm). The size of the canvas is 16" by 20" (41cm by 51cm).
BACKGROUND: This is one of a number of things I recently purchased from a retired teacher neighbor before she moved away from our 55 and over community to live with her son. In addition to things she inherited and her own things, she had some interesting gifts from students and things she collected for classroom projects.
