Bound in original period calfskin leather. Covers have the usual wear, cracked joints, chipped spine covers and scuffs. Most pages are in good condition, some pages are more toned than others, with varying degrees of tan spots and stains. Vol XI - Binding is separating at start of book, and a name is written on front endpaper. Pages are wavy, stiff and crinkly. and many pages have stains. Spines are sun tanned.
