Vinyl plays with occasional light-crackles (play-graded). Cover looks great; a few creases near edges; moderate scuffing, tiny surface abrasions, and surface impressions (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (quote/credits). Spine is easy-to-read with mild-wear. Shelf-wear along top/bottom-edge and corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)
Serenade, by Neil Diamond, was the last album for which Diamond solely wrote all the songs until 2001's Three Chord Opera. Three singles were lifted from the album: Longfellow Serenade (No. 5), I've Been This Way Before (No. 34) and The Last Picasso. Serenade was Diamond's third consecutive platinum album. I've Been This Way Before was originally meant to be the closing number on Jonathan Livingston Seagull, but Diamond was unable to finish it in time.
