Little girl kissing a little boy look like Hummel Children. Goebel / German Kids These candles were very popular in the late 60's - early 70's (as was everything Hummel) and I particularly remember these 'frosted' jars.
The jar actually has a clear bleads/sand' adhered to the outside to create the frost while the image is on paper and protected by the 'sand' coating.
When lit, the Hummel children glow....as they should ;)
