The binding and hinges are broken but all the pages are present and attached. The pages are tanned and have some foxing and brown age spots, page 15 has about a two by five inch piece torn off and some words are missing. A couple of pages are bug damaged on the edges. The cover is edge worn, rubbed and faded and the book leans to the right. Poor. Hardcover.
