These shorts are new with tags and have never been worn. They have been tried on but not worn. The shell is 100% cotton and the lining is 90% polyester and 10% cotton. They are a hand wash item. The back pocket slits are for decoration only. They are a side button with a zipper for closure. These are a fun retro looking pair of shorts.
