Material: 40 Cr-Mn alloy steel, 38-42 degree quenching vacuum heat treatment, more refined and more durable
- Designed to fit 8" size Kitagawa B208 type or similar CNC power chucks and manual chucks in soft jaw machining
- 3 independently adjustable pins fit into soft jaw's counterbore to allow for even pressure clamping on each, eliminating jaw lifting
- Without discs or bungs used to clamp jaws, through boring of jaw is possible
- Boring ring will give you better concentricity and a truer soft jaw bore
