Beautiful old Victorian valentine card.  The outside is white lace and the inside has matching silver & white lace. There is not visible maker's mark, but I feel certain that the lace is Mansell. The inside center is padded and has a printed verse on satin. 5 x 3 1/2 inches when closed.  Some wear, but overall, VG condition.
