Very nice, vintage, circa 1960s era or so, a handmade type non-glazed ceramic, hand painted details, woman's doll head and shoulders in the pictures. 2 5/8 inches tall, shoulders are 2 1/4 inches wide. Light wear from use, a few paint chips to the hair.  Old string on one hole to remove. Zoom in for details. It's an odd one.
