Vintage original 8 x 9.25 in. US single-weight glossy photograph from the 1970s version of the musical drama/romance, A STAR IS BORN, released in 1976 by Warner Bros. and directed by Frank Pierson, in which a has-been rock star falls in love with a young, up-and-coming songstress.

The image depicts drunken and remorseful John Norman Howard (Kris Kristofferson) as he apologizes to Esther Hoffman (Barbra Streisand) for interrupting her award win during the Grammys. It is untrimmed in very fine condition as shown.
