This is a chic and artsy little "La Dentelle" dress from Plenty by Tracy Reese.
Size XS. My guess is that it would best fit a 0/2.
100% viscose.  The fabric is very lightweight, and has a slight crepe-like texture.
Lining is 100% polyester. 
Hand wash.
Black and ivory.
Artsy batik print - the color name was "Batik Mashup"
Scoop neck.
Long sleeves.
Waist seam.
Attached ties.
Flared skirt has a scarf hem - longer at sides.
The bodice is unlined.
The skirt is lined with black silky polyester.
Necklace not included.
New without tags - pristine, unworn condition.
From a smoke-free home.
