These pants are new with tags and have never been worn. They are 100% polyester and machine washable. They do have the cuffed leg bottom. These are great activewear pants for the active little one. These pants are good for all seasons and any active or everyday occasion. I have these listed as a boy but they can be unisex. Please ask if you need measurements!
