Dwight Evans smashed a home run and Don Baylor knocked in another to lead the Red Sox to a tight 2-0 victory. Wade Boggs polished his Cooperstown credentials with a base hit and Bruce Hurst won his 13th game pitching 9 innings allowing 6 hits walking 0 and striking out 9.
The tough luck loser for the Jays was Jim Clancy who also pitched a complete game (8 in. 5 hits 1bb 5k). Tony Fernandez and Kelly Gruber each rapped out 2 hits.
Condition is very good with normal handling wear and a strip of scotch tape at the top and bottom. A collectible ticket you will enjoy marking from your list.
