This is a Hand Cut 24% PbO Lead Crystal Cobalt Blue Perfume from the Czech Republic. It measures approx 6" tall to top of stopper x approx 3 3/4" wide and it is in good pre-owned condition with no damage. Dark spots in photos of stopper are reflections - there are no discoloration or spots in stopper.
