This is an Antique German 800 Silver Cloisonne Enamel Souvenir Spoon dating to the 1880's. It has "Munchen" engraved on the bowl and "HM" on the back of the bowl. An identical spoon can be seen at this website: http://spoonplanet.com/germany.html and that spoon is dated 1887. Marked 800 on the back of the bowl. Measures 4 inches in length, weighs 11.5 grams. This souvenir spoon pre-dates Souvenir Spoon production in the United States! An important piece for any souvenir spoon collection!!
