This is the Schenectady County Election Certificate for NYS Assembly in 1936. It confirms that Oswald D. Heck had won the election.  Mr. Heck was Majority Leader in 1936.  Great vintage condition, with wax seal, and electors signatures.  Please see all photos for this very rare ephemera. Would look great framed and hung on display.
