This is a brand new bumperless second generation swing away tire carrier that bolts directly to a U.S. Military HUMVEE / M998 / M1038 / HMMWV without a rear bumper, yet allows complete functionality of your tailgate by simply swinging the tire carrier open. With this new, second generation bumper, you also have full accessibility and use of your hitch for towing a trailer. The price is for one new tire Carrier only, black color. We sell spare tires separately.

SHIPPING NOTES: we charge a flat rate to ship this item, which covers all states east of the Mississippi river. There will be a surcharge to ship to California and US States West of the Mississippi. That amount is based on market rates to ship.
