I consider it VERY FINE TO NEAR MINT with no color loss on the high gloss cover; flat spine; no rust on the staples; bright, firm, cream-colored inner pages; and no creases or folds.

The only defect is that the cover is detached from one staple. Everything else is perfectly intact-- looks as though it's never been read.
