Return policy: 1. Return Due to Product Failure or Damage During Shipping: Before we replace the item from our inventory or issue a refund, we must file a claim with the carrier. In order to do so, we need photo proof from our customers. After we file a claim, we will then be able to issue a refund or replacement. 2. Return Due to Customer Order Error or if customer does not like the product: Returns must be in their original cartons. Customer is responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping and all applicable fees. 3. Return Due to Our Error: We will credit or replace from stock, as applicable. Packages must be returned in original cartons. ***Please note: We do not accept any opened products. If you return opened product, you will not receive any credit.***

Best if used by does not mean that the product is not expired they will be good to use way past the date they are packed in an air tight pouch with a nitrogen flush gas and no oxygen to deteriorate the quality of the product.
