These Are Made of Colorful Made of a Gray Powder Coated Metal (Iron or Steel), with Chunky Jewel, Flower-Like, Aqua-Blue Thick Glass Insets.  Please Note These Insets Are GLASS, Not Acrylic as I Had Originally Thought. I Discovered This When I Dis-Assembled Them for Cleaning and Inspection. (SEE PICTURES for The Color of the Insets It Was Very Hard to Show the True Color of the Glass When Assembled, So I Took a Couple of Photos of What They Look Like by Themselves.) Taller Candlestick has 6 Insets (3 on Each Side) and Shorter Candlestick Has 4 Insets (2 on Each Side). These Are Held in Place with a Screw with Removable Copper Ball Bolts and a Washer, on Either Side of the Candle Holder. 

VERY GOOD CONDITION ~ Metal is finished with a steel gray paint. There are a few spots of wear/paint loss, with a bit of mild rust specks.(see pics) Could most likely easily be touched up, if one desired. Glass insets were taken out for cleaning, and there are a couple of small nicks in the glass around where the holes for the screws are drilled on the flat back side that goes against the metal, so not visible at all when candlesticks are assembled. There was no corrosion behind the insets.
