Not certain of the type of wood used, but I am thinking teak wood most likely. Nicely detailed.

GOOD CONDITION ~ Tip of beak is a bit rough. Not broken, just a bit rough - not glazed. Not sure if the glaze was stripped off some way, or not applied to this area to begin with. No other breaks or flaws noted.

Great addition to your decor or collection. Heavy enough to even use as a doorstop, if one desired.
