This is a lovely cocktail sheath dress by Gibson Latimer.
Size 16.
Red stretch knit. Not a thin knit, fairly thick.
95% polyester, 5% spandex. 
The standout feature: a gorgeous runway-style jeweled "bib" with chunky prong set rhinestones in black.
Scoop neck.
Sleeveless.
Princess seams for a shapely fit.
Very chic cut-out back, with gold metal zipper.
Elegantly dressy - and versatile, too! It could be worn with a black jacket for another look.
It would be nice for a cruise - it's even hand washable!
Excellent flawless condition. It looks like new.
