The Front panel - Very awesome with the exception of some light wear, there is also light wear in the corners and along some edges.
Left side panel - Almost beautiful with some light wear on edges and in some corners.
Right side panel - about the same condition listed above for the left side panel.
Bottom side panel - Hardly anything wrong, very light small dots of wear.
Top side panel - Some wrinkling and an orange price tag, and medium wear in all corners.
Rear Panel - some light wrinkling and wear, very light fading. Wear along some edges and in most corners.
Cartridge has very little label wear, but it has some staining spots on it.
The Manual - almost mint.
Activision Advertisement from 1980 - mint.
Activision Limited one year warranty card - near mint with some light wrinkling, folded corners.
