1) The Waning Moon, during the first 3 to 7 days after the Full Moon, ( the Dark Maiden) the Magick that she assists with includes shrinkage, elimination, weight loss, the end of poor health, debt relief, gradual seperation from damaging relations, and the termination of bad habits. Albina says that one will notice an "immediate and very noticable improvement in one's will power and strength in overcoming outmoded patterns and habits that no longer help one progress along one's path".
2) The Waxing Moon, As the Moon moves from New to Full, ( the Light Maiden), all the bearer's efforts in which one requires an increase of power, a new start, increased productivity of income, the addition of something that is "missing" in one's life, victory and recognition, good health and well being. Albina says that these powers will enhance one's life by "drawing in all of the energies needed to provide one with new beginnings" and the strengths to achieve all that one "puts their sights on and views as what will 'make my life better' in some manner".
3) The Full Moon, During the night of the Full Moon, ( the Mother Goddess), the highest power! One's most difflicult problem of challenge will receive the greatest "charge" of power. This power will draw in the specific highest source of energies to assist one as Albina says " with swift and quick relief to what is plaguing one the most in one's current circumstances". She says that this "dire or stressful" situation may change as time goes on and one's problems are resolved!
