This unit arrived complete as you can see in the pictures.    It does power up to a 47.01 error as it is missing all supplies we are unable to further test.   This can be verified by pictures of the display that are part of this listing.   We are forced to sell this unit AS -IS at a reduced price. 

This plotter is large /  heavy and must ship on a pallet.   The flat rate shipping on this listing is inclusive of shipping to a commercial address within the 48 states.   If you are shipping to a residence or need a lift gate please let us know prior to shipping.  Also if you are shipping to a government facility, school or university, military base etc. the freight companies may require additional charges.   Please let us know prior to shipping as it is always better to set up the shipment correctly prior to shipping so that delivery is smooth and trouble free.
